Click on the Newman-Goldfarb protocols and check out the guide. There's another link in the Main Index under Medicallly Induced Lactation. Fenugreek seed (610 mg per capsule) Blessed thistle herbs (390 mg per capsule) 3 capsules of each 3 times per day with your meals but if you forget, you can take them anytime. Esther where were you when I was under so much flak at ABRW? Your knowlege is incredible!!! Hope this helps. Esther experienced member Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 111	HI Mrs. R. How on earth did you end up with 1500 mg per day? The guide to the protocols clearly states 20 mg 4 times per day is the MAX. It should also say this on your bottle or blister pack. How long have you been taking 1500 mg? You'll need to wean off it. Better get in touch with Lenore about this ASAP. Esther
