Hi! I'm new to these boards, and am so glad I found them!

My baby (via a Gestational Surrogate) is due 8/5/05. I have about 18 weeks until his birth. Is this enough time to establish a decent millk supply? How do I modify the protocol?

Yes you can do the protocol. Go ahead and do the domperidone and bcps for 4 months. Then go off and start pumping. You have a good amount of time.

Hi Rebecca,

Most mothers work backwards when modifying the protocols. Make sure that you give yourself at least 6 weeks pumping time. This means you would be taking the meds until about 6 weeks before your baby is due.
