Is it fine to take as long as I get the alotted mg of Fenugreek? I remember Lenore told me to stay away from parsley, but didn't mention thyme. I have two larger bottles of it, and hate to waste it.

Anyone?

To answer my own q: http://kellymom.com/herbal/herbs_to_avoid.html

<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> I'll just take the blessed thistle for now, and hopefully get some new fenugreek on the weekend.

Hi Cat,

You found the exact website I was going to send you to. As you can see, thyme is a milk supply killer. So see if you can return your stash of fenugreek/thyme and get your money back or keep it for later when you decide to wean.

Warmest regards,

This may answer the question I was going to ask....

I had heard about Oregano being a milk killer too. Is that in large amounts, or just any? Thyme too? Ok, see, the bottom line is we eat a lot of lasagna and spaghetti type dishes... are these out?
