It seems the FDA is relaxing it's stance on the use of domperidone for patients with gastric disorders.

Very interesting that they're willing to consider relaxing their position for those with GI problems who don't have other treatment options, but not for lactating women who also don't have any other option. This position shows further that they just don't get the importance of breastfeeding for babies.
