I will be brief. I have been on the protocol for 2 years while still (yes still) waiting to adopt a newborn. I ran out of Domperidone about 3 days ago and am still waiting for my order. This morning I felt wet and low and behold I am leaking out of both sides (enough that I have to wear a pad). At this point in time we have no adoption yet in sight. My Dom should be here sometime this week (hopefully). I am not sure what I should do at this point and need advice.

I should also add that when we adopted our son 4 years ago I was producing 35oz+ a day (after doing the protocol for 45 days) and was lucky enough not to supplement.

Thank you for any advice that you could give me.

Congratulations on your fabulous breastfeeding experience and with maintaining the protocol for 2 years. Hat's off to you!!!

In a pinch you can use Fenugreek Seed until your dom arrives. The usual dose that moms take is fenugreek seed 3 capsules, 3 times per day with meals. The Brands I trust are Nature's Way and Swiss because they are consistent.
