Hello all! I have a simple question. Does anyone know if natural progesterone cream usage can affect the baby while nursing? Would there be any harm to a full milk supply? I would not want to do nything that would jeopardize this at this point. I have been nursing my adopted daughter since birth with a full supply and I was suggetsed by some one to use some natural progesterone to help with more regular ovulation to try to become pregnant. Any advice?

Hi Babylove,

Are you ready to wean? Progesterone in any amount can drastically reduce your milk supply.

Are you still on the domperidone? Domperidone is contraindicated for pregnancy.

I am definately not ready to wean yet. Yes I am still on the domp. I am glad you responded to my post or I could have made a bad decision. Thanks for all your help!
