OP bakerybabe member B Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 28	I've had a monster sore throat for three days and will go to doc tomorrow. I am desperately hoping it's not strep. (no white patches on the back of my throat that I can see). If needed, are there any safe antibiotics that I can take while breastfeeding? I'd hate to pump and dump for 10 days. Any help would be appreciated. thanks, Deborah
