CONGRATULATIONS on your new little one and on a wonderful start to breastfeeding.
We usually do not recommend bottle feeding before 6 weeks in order for your milk supply to become well established and for your baby to become efficient at breastfeeding. I know the SNS is a pain but try inserting it in the corner of baby's mouth after you have latched. You may find it easier. Try not to insert farther than an inch.
