Hello!
I'm wondering if you all know if there are any readily available bottles that fit with the Limerick pump? I only have the two that came with it, and some Avents, which are too wide at the top. Also, since I'm going to be out of the country for several months -- any experiences with any parts failing? Should I stock up now on replacement filters, gaskets, what have you?

I would bring an extra filter and gaskets for sure. Depending on where you are going... make sure you have a converter and adapters if needed. I went to Eastern Europe and my converter did not work... I happened to have a Medela battery powered pump with me that did the trick until I returned... Not ideal, but did keep my supply going for the short term.
