I was on WEB MD looking for suggestions for healthy eating when nursing and came across this:
"Weight Watcher's diet for lactation, it's all about complex carb loading. It's one of the most successful long-term lactation weight loss programs for women. It helps them lose weight without sacrificing milk production".

Has anyone been on this? If so is there a way that I can get a sample of the meal plan without buying the Weight Watchers subscription?

I would love to hear any suggestions, I want to try to loose weight now if I can.

Mindy...glad to hear that things are going well. Congratulations!

I have been on this. Its a good diet. Its generally the same as the other. Only it adds points for the day to compensate for milk production. If you can get your hands on their book... its in there. Good luck!
