How many of you have done the protocol without the help of a doctor? Can you share your experience and what led you to this decision?

I did the first time but if I ever did it again I would let my doctor in. Why did you decide to go it on your own.
Oh I had my chiro check my BP each time I saw him and my pediatrician knew, just not my regular doc.
