OP thereed12 newbie T Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 7	I was wondering what soya products are? In the menopause protocal it says to eat soya products to help with hot flashes. Is that just soy products? Thanks!

Nona extra helpful experienced member Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 1,176	Soy products have I believe estrogen in it. So when adoptive breastfeeding its a good idea to avoid that. Estrogen drops your milk supply. Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk
