We are currently in the waiting stage of adoption, and do not know when we will be placed with a baby.

Is it okay to do Weight Watchers while doing the protocol to induce lactation? I just started the protocol to induce last week and have noticed that I am thirsty about 1/2 hour or so after taking the dom. Is this normal?

Also I have been getting slight headaches. Something I usually don't get.

Oh, I am taking the Yaz and 10mg of dom 4 times a day if that makes a difference.

I got a slight headache too it didn't last long. I think I remember being thirsty as well. It is normal. You can do the WW but do the nursing mothers one. You get 10 more points per day I believe.
