OP mommyof3 newbie M Joined: Nov 2009 Posts: 1	I am in the process of trying to build a milk supply for twins babies we are adopting. Today I started taking my domperidone. I am not on provera or BP. I was wondering about taking the goats rue in place. I have some and it says it helps build mammary glands. Also, I am taking an oral progesterone and Estrovera (metagenics) to help with hot flashes. Any advice would be great! Thanks
