Does anyone have a pumping schedule? I saw one on this site and can't find it now. The times had one pump between 2-5am and included the suggested number of pumps every three hours.

Thanks,
Tracy

Hi Tracy,

I don't have an "official" pumping schedule but here is what I pumped over the weekend and it worked for me.

Saturday Sunday
2:00 AM 2:00 AM
6:00 AM 6:00 AM
8:00 AM 8:40 AM
10:00 AM 10:15 AM
12:00 PM 11:30 AM
1:30 PM 1:00 PM
3:00 PM 2:30 PM
4:45 PM 4:00 PM
6:15 PM 5:30 PM
7:15 PM 7:00 PM
8:30 PM 8:30 PM
10:00 PM 10:00 PM

Hope this helps

I did something like this when I was building my milk supply:
2am
6am
8am
10am
12pm
2pm
4pm
6pm
8pm
10pm

Now I am able to maintain 18-19 oz per day pumping 4 times. Took months to get there though.

Hi there.

I found it very hard to pump more than 8 times a day - I am so impressed with these other ladies! My schedule is as follows:

3:30 AM
7:30 AM
10:00 AM
noon
2:30 PM
5:00 PM
7:00 PM
9:00 PM
