With my first time inducing, I had drops the first day and was getting about an ounce each time I pumped after a week (about 5-6 times a day). But that was a stork drop situation, so the baby was already with us and I think that helped my supply to kick in.
The second time, I started pumping about 10 days before the baby was due. I didn't get anything more than a drop here or there for 5 days. I was getting really frustrated. I pulled out old baby albums and looked at pictures of crying babies. That did it for me and I started getting milk the first time. I again incresed to about 5-6 oz a day within a week.
Remember, it is not like when you give birth. Your milk doesn't "come in". It just increases slowly. Some people increase slowly and some more quickly (I think mine was on the quicker side). But you might want to look at pictures of crying babies or listen to the sound of crying babies while pumping.
Good luck!
