I would say that is totally within the norm. My first time inducing, I got drops the first time and increased quickly to about 5 oz a day after about a week.
The second time, I pumped for 5 days without getting more than a drop. I had to start looking at pictures of crying babies to get the milk flowing. If you have any really sweet pics of your baby as an infant, crying ones, even better, look at them while you pump. After it started, it again increased to about 4-5 oz a day at the 2 week mark.
I do think I increase quicker than most people (although I have heard of others that increased even quicker than me). I did do the protocol longer.
I would just keep at it and see what happens soon. You do have the advantage of having given birth relatively recently. Use breast massage during pumping. Try to imagine your baby bf.
Good luck!
