Hi ladies, my baby is due in one month via gestational surrogacy...I have been on BCP's and domperidone for one month and my breasts are a little fuller:) should I keep it up and try to grow more breast tissue and just put baby to breast and skip the pumping part? Many people have suggested it is better to have more breast tissue than to pump?? Any thoughts?? Thanks so much, Elle

I think I would try to pump at least a couple of weeks before your baby is due. I didn't want to pump too far in advance, but we adopted, so we didn't know if the baby would be ours or not. If I had done surrogacy, I probably would have tried to start pumping at least 2-4 weeks before the baby was born to try for a full supply for them.

Good luck!
Jennifer
