I'm not sure if this is the best place to post or not. I'm basically looking for any other suggestions.
I have had two children and attempted to breastfeed both, but have suffered from low supply. With my first, I made about 12 ounces a day at my peak and with my second about 20-24 ounces. I used domperidone with my second, and it helped but not as much as I would have liked.
During both my pregnancies, I noticed very little breast changes, and I'm wondering how much this has to do with my ability to make milk. I'm wondering if there is anything that I can do between pregnancies or even during my next pregnancy to help with breast changes or increase my chances of making more milk.

I would talk to a lactation consultant about these issues. I don't know if there is anything you can do about breast changes during pregnancy. I will say that I did not have many breast changes during my pregnancy and I had a full supply. The breast changes came after I was nursing.
