I was just wondering how long after I start the domperidone should I see some results? I have been pumping on and off for a couple of weeks but only taken the dom for a couple of days now. I still have nothing but a couple of big drops about once maybe twice aday. How often should I be pumping? Baby due within the next 4 to 6 weeks?!!!!!

You are all way ahead of me, I need you!! <img src="http://www.asklenore.com/ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" />

Everyone is different in how well, and how quickly, they respond to the medication, so it's hard to give you some definite answers. You will likely start out slow, and slowly build a supply. The baby will work better at building your supply than a pump will, so having baby home will encourage your supply a lot.
I know of a few people who managed to get full supplies just on dom, so you never know how well it could work. Keep us posted!
