Jalx that is awesome. Thank you for posting. How old is your "big boy" now?

Well he's not that big... he is almost 2 now. He's at a stage where he wants to do things alone, he wants to eat by himself and drink in a cup, sit on a big chair like his older sister! He even wants to go on the toilet!!! ...but happily he still like to sit on our lap and cuddle! My baby... they grow so fast, those little persons!

goodnight! big hugs!!

Jalx,

Thanks so much for sharing this. My son too is getting older (he is 17 months and I started nursing him at 5 months) and I sometimes think about when he will stop and I get so sad!!! He is our last baby, so I just want to enjoy this as long as possible. Anyways, your post brought a lump to my throat, I agree that this has been and amazing experience and such a beautiful way to bond with my son.

Thanks again,
Karyn

Dear Jalx,

CONGRATULATIONS on your wonderful breastfeeding experience! And thank you for sharing your amazing journey with all of us. Do please stay and offer support to those that are beginning their journey and those that may be struggling a little. It's mothers such as yourself who give them hope and the strength to keep going. You are a true inspiration to all of us and you helped a lot of moms and babies with your story.

Thank you again for sharing.

Best, Lenore

Well... thank YOU Lenore, for your wonderful website, for all your help and thanks to all the other mothers- and mothers to be - who participate.

This is where I found out I could really do it: breastfeed my adopted son. And where I found the support and the information I needed.

I will gladly drop by once in a while, to offer my support, and share my experience!

Jalx
