Hi,

I started at 36D and now I am at 38 D. I've only been BF for 2 weeks now but I seem to be fine at this size. I bought a Gap Medela nursing bra and I really like it. I definitely need an underwire and find this bra comfortable. I was using an underwire before so I am use to it. Depends on your preference.
