OK, OK, OK. You all convinced me. I just ordered the lact-aid. I should have it next week.

Is it something I should take out and put together and "practice" with before I actually need it???

I filled a lact-aid bag with water and figured out how to get the top on and how to "burp" air out of the bag. I also had my husband learn how it works too because he makes up a lot of lact-aids since I do most of the feeding. It really wasn't hard once you learn how to put it together. Using it is pretty easy to use, it just depends on your LO latching on and getting the tube in their mouth and that can be challenging sometimes. My daughter has no problem with it once I got the hang of it and doesn't seem to notice the tube.
