Shatavari is an herbal galactagogue and supposed to be comparable to domperidone in increasing lactation. Here's a site with a little info:

I know domperidone is also used in treating gastric disorders... does anyone know its affect on gallbladder disease and spastic colon (also known as IBS)? Looks like it might actually be helpful, but I'm a little wary, nonetheless.
