I had a question,,,say on a certain day I take my last bcp...do I wait to pump until the next day or start pumping the same day I take my last bcp? Thanks, Cathy NG protocol 7 months.pumped 5/15-9/15 started pumping again 1/26/04 Ana born 6/03.home 3/30/04 trying to nurse!

Nona extra helpful experienced member Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 1,176	pump the next day. Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk

Anonymous Unregistered A	Hi Dawn, Our paperwork is to be sent back to us this Tuesday from the Embassy in D.C.,..they have had it for 5 weeks! So..we will be ready to go on the very short waiting list (1 week) for a referral of a newborn girl in Guatemala. Then, 4 months more of paperwork over there, but I am planning on seeing her 1/2 way through it. I will also run out of the bcp on May 11th and decided that since that is almost 7 months on the protocol, I might as well stop then and not order any more of the bcp. I hope you are matched soon. I will certainly let everyone know when we have our referral...we actually get her picture on the facilitators website etc..so everyone will be able to go there and look! Take care, Cathy
