Our surrogate is currently 26 weeks pregnant with our twins. I have been on the BCP and domperidone for about a month now and will take these for another month and start pumping with the expectation that our surrogate will give birth at about 36 weeks.
Do I need to get a Lact-aid as I imagine I will not produce enough milk to fully feed twins? Do I need two? I can't seem to find a lact-aid in the UK so I guess I will need to order these from the US unless anyone knows otherwise.
