I just started pumping on Monday after completing the Menopause Protocol. Happy to say I had droplets on the first day and now a slight increase. My left breast is producing many drops but my right is only producing a few drops at each pump. I think this is normal though, correct? If anyone has answers to the following it would be much appreciated:
1. How much difference do the herbs make? I am gluten intolerant so I have trouble with most capsules. I'm on Dom. 2. Did any other post menopause woman have break through bleeding after stopping the BC pills? I was surprised by that little present as it has been 10 years since I had my last period. I think it's okay though given I have been on the pills ???
I'm not menopausal, so can't answer that question, but the herbs did make a difference for me. Especially the fenugreek. I saw a marked increase when I started taking it. And again, when I had an appendicitis and had to stop taking it for a few days, I saw a big increase when I added it back in. Jennifer
I agree on the Fenugreek I don't know about other brands but Solaray states that no other ingredient are in the capsule but what is listed. That is Fenugreek seed in a gelatin capsule. I suggest if you go looking for herbs read the label carefully to make sure you can take it.

Thanks so much for your input. I started the capsules last night and I'm hoping it will help. I'm trying to do everything possible to bring in a good supply. My right breast is just not kicking in like my left which is a little frustrating. I think I lack patience and I know that's the key!
I have been BF( accelerated protocol) since July, and my left breast continues to have less milk than my right. Hasn't seem to make a grand difference to my DD, she just take in more milk from the right!
