Hi Ladies, Has anyone used Provera 2.5 instead of the bcp? Provera is only progesterone without the estrogen. If you have used it, what has your experience been?
It was suggested to me to take it since I could not get Yasmin, which has a higher dosage of progesterone, where i'm at. It seems to be making me leak/lactate more frequently, and so far the spotting/bleeding has stopped.
Lenore suggested I use it because I cannot use bcp's. They raise my blood pressure. I am on the accelerated protocol and I am supposed to discontinue provera and start pumping after 30 days. Our baby is due March 9th.
