I did a modified menopause protocol. I had already been on estrogen and progesterone for months and then added in the domperidone for 6 weeks before I started pumping. The highest does of domperidone I could take was 60mg because of the side effects.

The very first day I started pumping, I got quite a few drops. I was excited since this seemed promising and a bit unusual. I have since been pumping about 6 - 8 times per day, for 7 weeks, and I am only getting about 4 ml per DAY. Shouldn't my milk supply have increased by now?

I already eat oatmeal for breakfast. I could do better on drinking more water. I am going to try to increase my domperidone up to 80mg. When I am able, I can try to pump more often. But it seems like I should be getting more milk by now.

Can I get some feedback on how much milk people are pumping after this amount of time???

Hi Cappy,

Here are some suggestions that may help you increase.

Try adding the herbs to your daily rutine. There are some for sale on the message board.

Try compression while pumping to be sure that the breasts are getting completely empty after each pumping. Try pumping one breast at a time and pushing the breast tissue into the flange to get good sprays. Once you get the hang of it you can do it while double pumping.

Try stopping in the middle of pumping and messaging the breasts for a couple of minutes and then continuing to pump.

I hope this helps!
