Hello-

Thank you Darrilyn and Jennifer for your responses to my first posting.

I know in the protocol Lenore says you should have significant breast changes after 2 weeks and if not to make some changes. I'm just wondering how significant should breast changes be in the first week. And if what I am doing with the dom is ok.

I am a week and a day into provera and domperidone. I tried the dom the first 2 days at the 10mg per dose and felt fine so I upped it to 20mg. I also, accidently, took the 20mg 5 times a day. Making 100mg. I did notice a slight headache some days (kind of like a tension headache - would that aptly describe it?)and slight constipation. Since I noticed my mistake I am going back to the 80mg. Is it ever appropriate to increase the dom?

So, at a week, I can detect an occasional, slight ache that I seem to notice shortly after taking the dom but no real increase in size. Is this the right track for one week? Is it possible that because I have breast fed in the past that I may not see or feel the "significant changes" as described as "full, heavy, painful"? And that my "at least one cup increase" may be just more fullness?

Thanks in advance for your response!

I only saw more fullness, no significant change while on the protocol. I also didn't have much change while pregnant with my first child, so that just might be me. I had great success.

I would stay on the 80 mg of dom while on the protocol. I did increase to 120 mg after I started pumping and nursing. I have known people to go as high as 160 mg.

Good luck!
Jennifer
