I have decided to do the Accelerated Protocol. with dom and Yasmin. but my question is I'm currently taking dom and goat's rue but am going to slowly wean myself off in order to start the bcp's and dom. what I need to know is do I need to wean myself totally of the dom? and start it with the yasmin, or can i stay on the dom.

Just stay on the dom and add the bcp's.

Personally, I would drop down to 20mg 4x day while taking bcp's and dom. When you start pumping then you might want to go up to 30mg 4x day if you aren't getting much after pumping a couple of weeks.

I have a question then i am done bothering anyone. I am hearing bad reviews about the limerick, I have a hospital grade pump that i am borrowing, but I don't think I can borrow it for long.I can't really afford a hospital grade, and don't want to rent bc I am bf for at least 4 years, which bp should I use? and I heard that you can't use a used bp?

Suzzyq - I would second dropping down to 20mg 4 times a day while on the protocol. It is a waste of money to take extra dom at this point. I did increase to 30 mg 4 times a day after I started pumping to increase my supply.

all4myson09 - I used the limerick and had great luck. I also used the medela pump in style and liked that too. I was able to establish a full supply using these pumps for both of my daughters. I bought both of my pumps used. The limerick is graded multiple user, so it is like a hospital grade and has a closed system. The medela PIS is not meant to be passed on so I would only buy one from someone you know.
