I'm currently taking 2caplets 4xday of Mother love More Milk Special Blend and 1 caplet 4xday of goat's rue or should I use the Fenugreek. and I'm currently taking 20mg dom 4xday should i up my dom. I'm trying to figure out what i need to do to increase milk supply.

I used the fenugreek - 3 tablets 3 times a day. I never used the goat's rue, but I did the protocol with the bcp's and domperidone.

How long have you been pumping? How much are you getting?

1 1/2 weeks i get 1/2oz sometimes and sometimes just drops and sometimes nothing.

It is my understanding the More Milk Special Blend doesn't have enough fenugreek in it. I took Goat's Rue 4xday and fenugreek and blessed thistle 3 capsules 3xday the first time I induced.

got fenugreek and blessed thistle ordered now question is should I stay at dom 2omg 4x aday.

I increased to 30 mg 4 times a day. I stayed at that for a long time.
