Hello! My husband and I are in the process of adopting from East Africa. We are hoping that our little girl will be 3 months or under when she becomes a part of our family. But, depending on the paper work and how long it takes us to get a court date, she may be 6 months or older.

Has anyone had any experience with getting an older baby to breast feed after having had a bottle for 6+ months?

I have no advice, but there is an Adoptive Breastfeeding Yahoo group, and a lot of them have induced lactation with older babies. You might want to ask for suggestions there too.
