I always squeezed my breasts to encourage milk. I even found myself doing it when the babies were bf. My only suggestion is to look at pictures of crying babies when bf or listen to the sound of a baby crying (recording). That helped me.

Glad to hear I'm okay compressing my breasts. I still get most the milk after after 10 mins of pumping and am still getting a "good amount" after 20 mins. At home I pump btwn 25-30 mins. I can only do about 11 mins at work, but I do pump every two hours starting at 5:00 am. I don't pump during the night.

I'm making about 1/2 an ounce a day. I'll add the blessed thisle & fenugreek next week.
