I came across this new ( 3/12) advisory from public health in Canada about abnormal heart rhythms. Is there any reason to be concerned? I suspected we all take over 30mg per day.

I don't know. I know in the past there were problems associated with the intravenous doses of domperidone, but those were really high doses.

I would e-mail Lenore and Dr. Newman. They are both in Canada and should know more about this issue.

This would be a shame if it is the case, because there are no other good options to induce lactation.
