I just started the Accelerated Protocol to try to relactate for my 5 month old son (stopped BFing at 6 weeks). I am on day 8 of the protocol and am already noticing breast changes. They already seem fuller and are definitely tender. Tonight I gave one a squeeze just to see if anything would come in and I got an immediate big, fat drop of super white milk! I was bone dry the day I started. I can not help but be excited by this! It has to be a good sign, right?

I would guess it is a good sign. I would try to resist the urge to squeeze until you finish the bcp part of the protocol. Good luck!

Sounds like a great sign!
