Today is day 7 of pumping. I am still just getting drops on my nipples and occasionally 2 or 3 will drop down under my breast. The milk is quite white, but still no sprays and I haven't felt a "let down" yet. I am pumping for 15 minutes at a time every 2 hours with an electric pump during the day and 1-2x at night (when I wake up in the middle of the night). Trying to massage or stimulate the nipples just feels weird so I pump for 15 minutes straight and call it good.
I am taking 20mg of dom/4 times per day, plus blessed thissle and fenugreek seeds (3 pills each, 3 times per day), and eating oatmeal every morning for breakfast. I tried the crying baby thing on youtube once but it didn't help at all.
The baby was threatening to make an early appearance but it now looks like we might have up to another week before she arrives. I'm hoping that I start showing more than this before that happens.
