Hello. I am new to this and I really need advice from anyone who has successfully breastfed an adopted baby without using domperidone. I would like to try to do it without the drug, using just natural supplements, herbs, pumping, etc. We are "approved and waiting" for our baby through a local adoption agency and they have told us to be ready with little or no notice, so I am ready to begin now.
