I did the protocol (Diane 35 & Dom) from January through May. I began pumping the first week in June, because we expected our baby at the end of June, but he arrived early! June 5th. I only got up to about 3-4 ounces per day with the pump, but I have been nursing him with the SNS. After about 15 minutes, I release the valve to allow formula to flow. He is taking about 3 ounces of supplement over the course of a day. During the late afternoon (5-6pm) my milk supply seems really low. He wil often fuss after just 6-8 minutes at the breast. Any ideas on boosting that late afternoon suply? I am taking all of the herbs, drinking tea, eating oatmeal and papyas and I am still taking the Domperidone, I'm just not sure what else to do! Anybody have suggestions?

I would try the Lact-aid... It makes the baby really work the breast. The sns is gravity fed and it will allow the milk to run into the babies mouth ... no stimulation needed. This might help your supply... more stimulation with the lact-aid
