Nona,
Yes I am mormon but our offical name is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It sounds like the coffee is not an option for you either. For me one of the keys is to keep going. At times though it is like I was drugged. Oh well at least I know the prolaction is kicking in.

oh yes... your prolactin is kicking in! An always always remember.. nothing is like have a baby at your breast. Your body seems to kick in high gear when one is actually there. You will do just fine

I noticed that someone was talking about a Pump In Style pump. What was the problem? I am having problems with mine all of the sudden I think. When I start pumping on a low setting it barely sucks and if I start on a higher setting and then go down after a bit it seems to actually blow my breasts out of the shield and them slurp them back in (sorry if that sounds rude but I don't know how else to explain it). It is really painful. I have found that if I start at medium then go to max that it works fine but I don't remember this happening when I pumped with it a couple of years ago. Any suggestions? Where can I get it tested?

Oh yeah.... I officially pumped 1 ounce today! <img src="http://www.asklenore.com/ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" /> I sure wish it was alot more!
