Thanks you guys for your suggestions. As a matter of fact, today I met with a LC and she determined that the shield looked to be the correct size but my PIS settings were REALLY wrong. I had it set at the slowest speed and close to the maximum pressure. No wonder I was so sore. I pumped at that visit with the new settings, medium speed and low pressure, and whew, what a change. I don't need to do my yoga breathing anymore! Hee Hee
