Hi, When I delivered my LO I started to BF and then with difficulties after my emergency C-section I had to get blood transfusions and other tests done and was not able to BF. I then tried again and my baby was to used to the bottle. I have felt so guilty ever since. She is 5 months old and I was wondering if I am still able to start back breastfeeding? and what I should do to start.

Yes, you can definitely still breastfeed. I would recommend doing the advanced protocol (birth control pills and domperidone for 30 days and then stop the birth control pills and add herbs and start pumping/ putting the baby to your breast.

Best breast fit keeping device is a nursing tank. I used one when BF my first son, and it kept me away from common BF problems. Take a look here if interested.
