hi all,

My three month old has had mucus-y stools for three days now. They almost look like BM stools but the smell is bad. He gets six oz from me a day maybe and the rest is similac advance....I switched to insomil, the soy one to see what happens and we will see the doc tomorrow....but I can't think what this is....his disposition is fine and he is eating normally with no fever. Could I have eaten something bad and transmitted it? His usual stools are formula like with dark browm and little specs of BM mustard-y color flecked in. I am stumped!

I am still on the dom but no herbs.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Eden

Hi Eden,

It's not usually the breastmilk that's the problem. Breastmilk stools are not foul smelling. Please let me know what your doctor says after your visit.

Fondly,
