Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to give you a quick Brooke update. Last week we set a date for her to be induced, the 23rd of January. Yesterday we did our monthly sonogram and found that Brooke is 'Complete Breech' and her cord is wrapped around her neck so a vaginal birth is no longer an option. Anyway, a c-section has been scheduled for the 21st, just 13 days away!! Brooke is doing great, she is approximately 7lbs already and the sonogram shows her as being perfect. I will have to admit she is the most active baby every, she moves more then I even remember Brennan moving, and he was a major mover and shaker ;o)

I was a little worried about the bleeding factor, because of my clotting condition and all the blood thinners I have been taking, but my Dr. does not seem to concerned so I guess I won't be either. I will stop my heparin shots about two days before the surgery and continue them again for about a month after she is born.

Hope everyone is well!

Barbi

Barbi-
Best of luck next week! Only 7 days to go.......

I will keep you and Brooke in my thoughts.

I had a sonogram at 13w2d because of bleeding and they found placenta previa. They rechecked two weeks later with no change, but they think we are having a girl also!

I have another ultrasound in about 4 weeks to measure everything and recheck the sex, so we will see!

I am so happy for you guys! I can't wait to continue with updates.

Take care of yourself and Brooke!
