I've had the same experience as you, just barely getting over an ounce of milk and doing all the same things you are. However, the few people who know anything about lactation are super impressed that I get any milk.
Like you I'll be using the Lact-aid for as long as my son needs it. He's due any day now, OB will induce on Monday if he doesn't arrive of his own will this weekend. OB estimates he's already 8.5 lbs, and my surrogate is rather small.
Keep me posted on Troy and how you do n bf and the lact-aid. Since I'm doing this at the same time as you, I'll be very interested in your experience.
