I've been eating quinoa (pronounced keen-wa) on and off over the past few weeks and have noticed that my milk supply is higher on the days that I have had a bowl of quinoa than on days I haven't. I just thought that you might find this helpful! I'd be interested if anyone else has noticed this or if they liked quinoa and wanted to test it. Thanks, looking forward to input!
