Hi Sarah, I'm so sorry you're not feeling well.
It's highly unlikely that the domperidone is making you feel nauseous. Domperidone was originally designed to assist people with nausea and upper gastro-intestinal problems. Now oxytocin is another story. Did you notice if you get nauseous while breastfeeding? Some women experience nausea during let down.
In any case, you can certainly reduce your domperidone to 10 mg 3 times per day and see how you feel.
