CONGRATULATIONS!!!
You're doing GREAT!!! Try to pump after feeds to help your milk supply. It sounds like you won't have to supplement for long. Try to supplement using the Lact-aid. That's much more breastfeeding friendly. But if you have to bottle feed please use the AVENT bottle with the single holed nipple. Stay with that nipple the whole time and disregard what the package says about 2 months 2 holes and 3 months 3 holes...that's the fastest way off the breast. But if you stick with one hole, the flow will be slow and your baby will be less likely to demand the bottle instead of the breast.
