Ladies,
On the instructions to my PIS it says to sterilise / boil all parts that come in contact with either breast or milk after every use. Should I take this seriously? It does seem like an awful lot of work if you are pumping every few hours, and frankly not feasible if you move around a lot. As I didn't draw any milk in the first few pumping sessions I have not done anything with the pump afterwards. But a few tiny drops are now appearing (yes!) so I suppose I have to figure out a realistic way of keeping my equipment clean.
Your suggestions / experience much appreciated!
