What vitamins do most ladies use while nurssing and using the dom?

Get a good prenatal vitamin. That is usually all most people need.

Is there a particular brand that you used? Or do I need a prescription from my doc? <img src="http://www.asklenore.com/ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" />

I get mine from a store in Ca. called "Foods for the Family" I buy their store brand Prenatal vitamins. They are 9.96 for 120 two 2 tabs daily. So not too spendy. If you have a Whole Foods market or any health food sotre you can usually buy good ones there. You do not need a perscription. Where do you live?

Great! Usually the store brands are just as good if not better than the name brands. Plus they are alot cheaper.

Got the Whole Foods Store Brand. Shall start on them a week before the Pumping Honeymoon.

They are in the nutrition supplements section, right next to the ultra expensive Prenatal Vitamins. It just says "Whole Foods Market Prenatal Vitamins". The Generic Store Brand by Whole Foods.
